It’s rare that I take exception to the name underwear or swimwear brands give to their new designs. This time however Andrew Christian has, in my humble opinion, misnamed his latest men’s swimwear release. The Andrew Christian Show-It Basic Bikini Trunk is anything but “Basic”. I hate to say it Andrew (or should that be Mr. Christian) but I’m afraid you’ve sold this great pair of swimming trunks short by calling them Basic.
Here’s 7 Reasons why I don’t think the Show-It Basic Bikini Trunk does not deserve to be called basic:
1. It features the fantastic Show-It 2.0 technology; a hidden comfortable cup that gently lifts and supports your assets. Show-It 2.0 provides you much more than a basic swimwear bulge. In Fact you can expect your bulge to be enhanced by around an inch and a half.
2. Still with the Andrew Christian Show-It 2.0 technology: This provides the biggest bulge enhancement of any men’s swimwear currently on the market.
3. It’s made from Sport Tek UPF 50+ fabric which is completely fade resistant. These swimming trunks are going to look good this year and next no matter how much sun, sea or chlorine you subject them to.
4. They are cut in the classic bikini shape that is both flattering and, right now very fashionable.
5. They are a modest black colour but feature a contrasting turquoise stitching which really adds a stylish touch
6. It has a custom Andrew Christian two-tone drawstring to keep them nice and secure
7. They have an Andrew Christian logo! Anything from AC is far from Basic.
These swimming trunks look great on and provide great enhancement. Indeed they are so good that I’m willing to forgive Andrew Christian for giving them such an inappropriate name.
