Pikante underwear often makes us pause and say “wow”. This time I’m not sure what it is about this Pikante 80’s Mosaic Jumbo Thong that makes us “wow” the most. Everything about this stunning thong is eye catching – mind you the bulge enhancement is so pronounced it reminds me of the old “you’ll have someone’s eye out with that” saying. But I’ll leave that to your imagination.

So other than the bulge boosting super enhancing pouch, what else about the Pikante 80’s Mosaic Jumbo Thong that makes it worth more than just a second look?

Well, there’s the fantastic retro 80′s disco styling; the cool colour scheme contained within a squares, each having a sun-burst colour effect; there’s the super smooth cotton rich fabric and then there’s the soft and comfortable 1.5cm thong round the back. It’s difficult to decide which view I think looks best. Round the back the body is cropped just above the waist so that the solid black thong is prominent, yet round the front it’s so beautifully shaped and trimmed. I really can’t decide.

Gregg Homme seem to be releasing new underwear faster than I can write the reviews, not that I’m complaining. Not when the new releases are as high octane as the Fuel collection. Particularly this rubber look Gregg Homme Fuel String. How did the old slogan go “Put a Tiger in your Tank”? Fuel up your underwear drawer with this beauty and just listen to your admirers roar!

The slick looking black fabric has a rubber like shine to it, and being only single layered will hug and cling to all those important places. Not only does this provide for great comfort and support, it also creates a very provocative and enticing look. The pouch is topped off with a square metal ring which is where each side of the well proportioned waistband meets.

Round the back there is an unber-tiny string. Don’t worry though it won’t feel like you are wearing a cheese wire, the Gregg Homme designers are way too clever to let that happen. Oddly for underwear (but understandable given the positioning of the metal ring) the Gregg Homme logo is not on the front of the Fuel String. You’ll find the Gregg Homme badge round the back where the string meets the waistband; kinda cool if you ask me.

The Gregg Homme marketing department are cooking up a storm at the moment! Not only have we had some brilliant Gregg Homme videos, but now they are naming their underwear collections in a way guarenteed to get attention. Gregg Homme “Weapon” the opportunities for double-entendres are almost limitless.

But, and it’s a big but… A catchy name is not enough for dedicated underwear fans. The big question is; “is the Gregg Homme Weapon range, specifically the Weapon String Jockstrap any good??” Our answer to that question is a resounding YES!

It’s almost as if the designers at Gregg Homme took the “how to design a jockstrap” book and threw it out of the window. Sure the Gregg Homme Weapon String Jockstrap has a pouch; a waistband; and some straps, but that’s where the comparison with a ‘standard’ jockstrap ends. First up the Gregg Homme Weapon String Jockstrap has straps at the front and the back. The front straps connect the bottom of the pouch to the waistband via a metallic ring on the side of the waistband. The rear straps connect to the same ring and travel across your bum cheeks and connect to the pouch.

Take a look round the back and you’ll see that Gregg Homme have also added a string. Not something you see every day on a Jockstrap but it really looks good and creates a completely different wearing experience.

Top that off with a big gun (big Weapon?) inspired waistband that is covered with silver and gunmetal squares and you can see the inspiration for the Weapon name. My prediction: Yet another winner from Gregg Homme. Can’t wait to see what’s next.

The MANstore M242 Zip Body is made from a semi transparent mesh fabric that clings to every part of your body. It is trimmed in a soft solid fabric that creates great definition across the top of the thighs and the top of your arm. If you’ve been working those arm muscles at the gym then the high cut short sleeves, together with the trim will really accentuate that muscle definition.

The MANstore M242 Zip Body takes its name from the fully functioning zip that covers the entire front of the body from the neck right down to the bottom of the pouch. The zip has a fabric lining to stop any painful pinching.

Round the back the MANstore M242 Zip Body is cut high to create a cheeky, sexy look across the bum.

I really can’t decide which colour I prefer. I guess it very much depends on your skin colouring. Black is going to look great on absolutely everyone, but I think the white would work best if you have a darker skin tone or if you have a great summer tan.

In my humble opinion there’s a fine line between sexy and trashy; Hot and (really) Not; Raunchy and Ridiculous. So how’s it possible that MANStore consistently stays on the right side of the line? Their latest creation, the M242 Zip String is Hot, Raunchy and without doubt, sexy. The detailing on the M242 Zip String is outstanding, right down to the black loop attached to the Chrome zipper which just screams “pull me!”

The soft fabric that makes up the body of the M242 Zip String is partially transparent, not enough to completely expose you, just enough to give a tantalising impression of what lies inside. If it’s full exposure you’re after then simply pull the black ring attached to the fully functioning chrome zipper! The zipper goes from the waistband to pretty much the bottom of the pouch, but fear not; you are not going to do yourself an injury or get caught in the zip (that makes my eyes water just thinking about it) as MANstore have added a flap of mesh fabric behind the zip to protect your assets.

Gregg Homme Reveals more than just new underwear: The Gregg Home AfterHour Brief

Wow! Let me say that again in case you didn’t hear me this first time; WOW! Gregg Homme have certainly racked up the temperature with their new AfterHour brief. I think it is fair to say that this underwear leaves nothing to the imagination. This is underwear for the confident guy! Mind you, the mesh pouch is so well contoured that no matter what you’ve got to put inside these AfterHour briefs, the pouch is going to look impressively full.

The body of the AfterHour brief is made from perforated fabric that almost resembles honeycomb, although these are at least twice as sweet. There are two colour options available for the body fabric; a sultry yet seductive Black (top picture) and this devilish red you can see to the right. Both colour options are trimmed with faux leather for an even sexier look.

But of course, the main focus of attention on the AfterHour brief is the translucent black mesh pouch.

This is seriously hot underwear that really is best confined to those after-dark AfterHours. But, despite Gregg Homme focus on overt sexiness, there’s no compromise on quality, fabric or comfort. But then we really wouldn’t expect any less from Gregg Homme, would we?

N2N has a long standing pedigree of producing high quality, yet slightly edgy athletic gear. This N2N R12 X-treme Wrestler is no break from that fine tradition. The only problem you are going to have is to decide which of the three great colours you are going to choose. Nice!

This N2N R12 X-treme Wrestler takes wrestling gear to its bare minimum; an althletically shaped boxer brief held in place by two narrow shoulder straps. But that’s the only thing that in minimum about the N2N R12 X-treme Wrestler. For starters it’s made from a special nylon mixed fabric that allows for maximum movement; important when you are practicing those complicated wresting holds. Yet no matter how sweaty you get on the wrestling mat the N2N R12 X-treme Wrestler’s fabric is breathable and cool.

The pouch does not tick the minimum box either. As with much of the N2N underwear and swimwear collection, the N2N R12 X-treme Wrestler features a specially designed pouch to enhance your profile and maximise your assets. I’m not sure this will improve your wrestling performance, but it may help intimidate your opponent.

The N2N R12 X-treme Wrestler is available in three great colours. The white and red you can see here is also joined by a very cool looking Blue. All three colours feature a contrasting, darker edging to the legs and straps.

Looking round the back, the boxer brief offers complete coverage of your butt, while the two front straps merge just below the neck to form a single bold strap. If you have well built shoulders this is really going to show them off to perfection. Even if you don’t, the N2N R12 X-treme Wrestler is still going to make you look good.

The new British Brand, Bum Chums, has just added this superbly tantalising and titillating thong to their growing underwear and swimwear collection. Aptly labelled Sneak Peek, the Bum Chums thong follows in the footsteps of some truly great mesh underwear that offers more than just a glimpse of the wonders contained inside. The question is, have Bum Chums done enough with their Sneak Peek thong to get it a place in the see-though underwear hall of fame?

Interestingly every pair of Bum Chums features a patriotic union jack label on the front left. Being a British brand it’s no surprise the union flag is proudly displayed – but it makes you wonder if any of the participants in the forthcoming royal wedding will be wearing patriotic undies. Just a thought.

Anyway, enough of this silliness, the real reason for mentioning the Bum Chums label on the front was to point out that the care information (washing instructions) are printed on the back, thus there is no itchy scratchy label inside the thong to irritate the hell out of you and spoil the view of your perfectly framed bum.

The thong itself is made from a single layer of stunning black, see through fabric, that really leaves nothing to the imagination. The thong is edged by a silky soft black fabric, which also forms the waistband. You’ll also find a seam running top to bottom across the pouch. Not only does this look pretty darn good, it also provides support and definition.

So to answer my own question. Has Bum Chums done enough to get the Sneak Peek thong into the see through underwear hall of fame? You know what, I think they probably have.
