Pikante underwear often makes us pause and say “wow”. This time I’m not sure what it is about this Pikante 80’s Mosaic Jumbo Thong that makes us “wow” the most. Everything about this stunning thong is eye catching – mind you the bulge enhancement is so pronounced it reminds me of the old “you’ll have someone’s eye out with that” saying. There’s a bit of a retro look to these new Diesel Fresh & Bright Blade Briefs, which is no bad thing in my humble opinion. Diesel has done what it does best and taken a classic design and added a healthy dose of Diesel style and quality. Regular readers will know that I am a huge fan of Diesel underwear; partly because of the great designs, but more importantly because they are such brilliant quality.

Emporio Armani is one of those iconic brands that has done a great deal to raise the profile of fashionable men’s underwear – you only have to consider how popular the David Beckham posters were. EA have not been resting on their laurels since the end of the Beckham campaign, they’ve taken their collection and spruced it up with some great colours for 2011.

The three bold colours; Pink, Purple and Yellow, are all topped off with a crisp white elasticated waistband which features an equally bold EA eagle and the familiar EA logo. The EA and the Eagle are in the same colour as the body of the trunk. The waistband is a decent thickness which makes them comfortable to wear and presents ample opportunity for you to show off the logo from under your low slung jeans.

To break the solid block of colour, the trunks have white trim to the pouch which creates a defined look and adds to the overall comfort. Looks good, feels good and it’s Armani – what else do you need to know?

One thing you really do need to know is that this is part of Emporio Armani’s 2011 fashion collection. This means that when the retailers sell out, no matter how much they beg, they won’t be able to get any more. Those who snooze, lose. Don’t lose out on your chance to get your favourite colour.

Discovering a new underwear brand is like finding money in the pocket of a jacket you’ve not worn for a while, or finding chocolate you thought you had already eaten (ok, perhaps it’s not as good as surprise chocolate.) Being able to start this bright sunny day by reviewing this bright sunny underwear from Canadian brand Pump has certainly put a smile on my face. I’m thinking this Pump underwear will make you smile too.

The Pump Brightlife range is made from a really soft and breathable mix of cotton and spandex. The Cotton/Spandex combo really gives you the best of both worlds; the breathable quality of a natural fabric with just the right amount of stretch to make them really comfortable to wear. Talking of comfort, the Pump Brightlife brief features a gently contoured pouch to offer just the right amount of support for your boys.

The colour selection is great too (loving the paint splattered model pictures too – you can see the models splattered in each of the four colours here). The colours are certainly bright and vivid; an early assessment of the quality of the Pump range suggests that the colours are not going to fade quickly if you follow the washing instructions properly. Each of the four colours is topped by a bright white waistband which features a prominent PUMP! logo on the front and a smaller, offset PUMP! logo on the back.

Classic! Well it made me smile anyway. But is this Gregg Homme Thong any more than just a great name? Read on and find out.

Is this Gregg Homme Thong any more than just a great name? Yes, I think it is and here’s why… First up the fabric that makes up the Virgin Thong is super silky soft; really, it is so soft it’s almost not there, it’s also feather light. Indeed if they didn’t provide such great support it really would feel like you are nude. The fabric is ever so slightly transparent, but you’ll remain all pure and virginal ’cause the pouch is made from a double layer of fabric to stop them being too revealing.

The colour, Nude, is kind of flesh toned which is great if you are wearing them under light coloured, light weight summer trousers or shorts. Although because the Gregg Homme Nude Virgin thong looks so great, it’s unlikely you will want to keep them hidden away.
